The Assessment.

The object of the Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) is to produce a consultative report in a sensible format which can be used going forward to assess Fire Risk – as required by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. (RRO) (Implemented 1st October 2006).



The Report.

The Flame Hold FRA report includes all aspects of the RRO – for example: Fire alarm, Emergency Lighting, Fire Extinguisher service records, signage and escape routes. Also included are photographs to support the findings. The conclusion of the report will assess the risks for each discipline in terms, such as low, medium or high risk and, will offer suggestions for remedial actions.
